Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with GroundedDaily. We are committed to delivering your wellness products as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES We currently ship to the United States only. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $1.99 on all orders. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email at groundeddailystore@gmail.com. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES GroundedDaily is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of your order date please contact us immediately at groundeddailystore@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

WRONG ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. GroundedDaily is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us at groundeddailystore@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES GroundedDaily ships from international suppliers. By placing an order you agree that you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of your destination country. Any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected directly by the carrier or customs authority.
